A dedicated and passionate home-practitioner since 1999, my own Yoga practice informs my curiosity and walks hand-in-hand with my teaching.
It is my hope that my classes inspire my students to cultivate their own personal practice, creativity, and growth!

My life’s passions include not only Yoga, but also motherhood, partnership, and all things nature, art, music, film, and theatre. A native Midwesterner, I have a degree in Vocal Music and Theatre (Acting) from Beloit College—and I found regional success as a voice-over artist and commercial actor. You might remember me (most notably) as “Babs” the caterpillar in the Money Tree commercials! I also sing in a pretty rad 1980's cover band here in Seattle called "The Scrunchies".
