Welcome! I'm so excited to be offering four public Yoga classes and one fun new fitness class each week! Taught through an accessible lens, each practice is “patiently paced” and welcoming— and naturally offers a wide variety of variations, props, and supportive options for your added safety, comfort, and confidence.

This creative and invigorating Chair-Inspired Gentle Yoga and mindful movement class is designed with stability and support in mind—and uses the chair to enhance, empower, and inspire your Yoga practice! *While offered through the WCSC, all ages and abilities are most certainly welcome and invited!

Wednesdays 10:30-11:45 am - Gentle Morning Community Yoga
(Livestreamed Through Jen Helfer Yoga) / REGISTER
This gentler and well-balanced, mid-day practice brings special emphasis to nourishing our bodies and minds. This class is ideal for those of us who enjoy a gentle, playful, supportive Yoga practice. Also fabulous for those who are healing or returning from illness or injury. Offered to my community... with a suggested donation of up to $10 per class. It's my goal to make Yoga physically and financially accessible to all students-- and no one will be turned away due to lack of funds.

Are you looking for a more interactive and personalized Yoga experience that helps you feel more at home in your own body? Maybe Yoga is new to you—and you're looking for a comfortable place to learn and ask questions. Or perhaps you’re healing from illness or injury and looking to nourish yourself and take things gradually. Please join me online with the friendly and warm WCSC Yoga community for this gentle, playful, and revitalizing Yoga For Every Body class. Designed to meet you where you are, this class offers a refreshing blend of focus on: stability, mobility, flexibility, circulation, body awareness, and relaxation. *While offered through the WCSC, all ages and abilities are most certainly welcome and invited!

SAIL (Staying Active & Independent for Life) is an evidence-based strength, balance, and fitness class designed for older adults and anyone who is at high risk for falling.
