A NOTE ABOUT MY YOGA CLASSES
Yoga is loving expression of self-care. The practices of Yoga offer many benefits for our bodies, minds, and spirits. It is also important to note that not everyone’s experience of Yoga is the same. Please know that the cues, poses, and practices that I offer are all optional and that, ultimately, you are in charge of your practice. If anything you are doing begins to cause you discomfort, please come out of the shape and rest. You are your greatest teacher. And with this in mind, I ask that you listen to the deep wisdom of your own body.
